3) Applicants have to pass written test first. Notifications will be sent out for interviews. Documents to be examined:
    1) 1 recommendation letter
    2) 3 college transcripts
    3) personal information form for the interview
    4) please send proof of job service to the department 3 days before         interview (those with current job can wait until after admission to         submit proof, and students graduating this academic year are         exempt)
