Introduction

Laboratory overview: Mission Statement

The Exercise and Movement Science Laboratory is dedicated to understand the injury mechanism, movement performance, interventions and adaptations of musculoskeletal disorders through the biomechanical investigation.

Using state of the art technology and latest knowledge, investigators are able to test hypotheses related to the kinematics, kinetics, and neuromuscular control, as well as motor control strategies associated with both normal and pathological human movement. EMSL

is located in the Li-Hsing Campus of the National Cheng Kung University, next to the NCKU hospital and equipped with a 14-meters long and 7-meters width high-pressure laminated walkway.

EMSL also fosters an interdisciplinary approach to addressing a variety of musculoskeletal related research questions from collaboration with the Departments of Engineering Science, Orthopaedics, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Nursing, Occupational Therapy and Environmental Engineering.

EMSL is dedicated to the training and development of graduate-student researchers through education, experimental inquiry, team interaction, and mentorship

研究方向

運動與動作科學研究室主要目的為探討臨床常見的骨科疾病、運動傷害、與高齡退化之受傷機轉、功能評估、動作分析、與治療介入。

目前研究重點如下：

滑溜與滑倒之危險因子分析

女性穿著高跟鞋之步態及下肢生物力學分析

下背痛患者腰椎穩定度與平衡控制之探討

籃球員髕股骨關節疼痛之受傷機制及動作分析

核心穩定度對下肢關節動作控制之影響

高齡者骨科相關疼痛評估及介入

研究室環境Facilities

  運動與動作科學研究室座落於國立成功大學力行校區，緊鄰成大醫院，且空間寬敞約佔地2000平方呎，具有一個14公尺長x 7公尺寬之完整實驗步道。

硬體設備 equipment

    三維空間動作擷取分析系統: VICON T10 (Vicon Motion Systems, Limited, UK)

此動作分析系統在硬體系統，包括六部高解析度CCD紅外線攝影機(T10) 、 VICON NEXUS主機、個人電腦、與反光標記，實驗過程中可利用紅外線攝影機擷取物體上反光標記之空間座標，

以獲取物體之運動學參數。可應用於步態動作分析、復健及骨科治療之研究，亦能與力板系統相互整合並同步收集訊號，進行生物力學研究。

力板系統: AMTI OR6-6-1000 force platform (Advanced Mechanical Technology Inc., Watertown, MA, USA)

此測力板為壓電感測式，可量測作用於測力板上之反作用力(Fx、Fy、Fz)，以及相對於測力板原點的作用力矩(Mx、My、Mz)。搭配VICON三維動作擷取系統，並透過VICON NEXUS 軟體同步收集兩系統量測資訊，可提供物體運動時完整之運動學與動力學參數。

肌電資料收集系統: DE-02 (Delsys Inc., Boston, MA, USA)

具有8個肌電圖頻道(EMG channels)，用於偵測體表肌肉的電位變化。

手持式測力計: HOGGAN MicroFET3 (Hoggan, Health Industries, UT, USA)

可攜式肌肉力量測試儀，可提供準確的數據並視感應器的放置位置來測量不同平面上的肌肉力量。

疼痛閥值測量儀:

漸進式痛覺測量－痛覺臨界值測量
＊痛覺耐受力測量－誘發及壓痛感測量
＊可選擇測量範圍 1KG 至 250KG，連接電腦

紅外線熱像儀: NEC Avio F30

紅外線熱影像儀器係運用光電技術，以偵測物體熱幅射之特定紅外線波段訊

號，可將該訊號轉換成可供人類視覺辨視之影像圖形，並可進一步計算出溫度

值。

心率變異度分析儀: 達楷生醫科技 ReadMyHeart

心率變異度分析(簡稱為HRV)，是一種量測連續心跳速率變化程度的方法。其計算方式主要是分析藉由心電圖或脈搏量測所得到的心跳與心跳間隔的時間序列。
