  Orthopaedic physical therapy, a profession most commonly used in our daily lives, is a discipline that deals with disorders and injuries of the musculoskeletal system, such as neck and shoulder pains from poor postures or overuse of muscle and tendons.Various skills such as therapeutic exercises, employment of the aforementioned non-invasive physical factors, and change of lifestyle (together with ergonomics or posture correction)  are utilized to treat or alleviate the discomfort and prevent relapses.  Other musculoskeletal concerns, including recovery and prevention from sports injuries (sprains and strains, tennis elbow), trauma (bone fractures and ligament ruptures ), and degenerative diseases (protrusion of intervertebral disc, spurs) all fall into the scope of physical therapy. 物理治療
